Hi all,
A newbie to this club. You may have seen me around a few other clubs, and if you've ever been on any of the big Tunnel Runs I'm sure you'll have heard me, or heard of me.
I'm Banners, with the noisy Green 4.0 V8 Supercharged Soarer.

Just to say, I've been persuaded to try this forum, and I'm sure it'll all be good fun.

I drive for fun, and like to make lots of noise. I don't do politics or take sides. No interest.

You'll see me at the Ace, most of the major meets, and anyone that invites me I'll pop along anywhere local.

P.S. Thanks to Terry for letting me on your stand in Brighton Yesterday. We had a great time. (We being Nicholas, Mark, Angelo and me).

Any AA, RAC or tyre fitters by trade?

Hi guys, long time no speak. Hope you are all well :-)

Does anybody in the trade know whether the goop that the recovery services use to fill a puncture, prevents the the tyre from being properly plugged at a later date?

I managed to push a rather large bolt into the middle of a brand new, £300 tyre last night :'(

Im planning on changing all lamps to LED units and HID's up front

so any advice welcomed

about 8 months ago I got myself the is200 as I needed something bigger for my family. Has all the usual extras sat nav etc


Here's when I first got it


A week later realised the cambelt was starting to shred itself, so I got that sorted (was a right pain in the ****, nearly stripped the whole front end haha)


Next I painted the wheels and polished the face


As it is now current list is;
Debadged rear
Jap style plates front + rear
Hid headlights
DVD sterio
Jbl 1000w sub
Lowered on apex springs
****** kazama backbox
Skyline rear light mod
Tints all round

To do list;
Find and fit badge less grill
Smooth front bumper
Find alloys

That's about it for now

Hi people, I'm Jim, in suffolk, been registered a few months now,so thought I'd better say hello.

Stumbled across the site by accident but looks like it might be a good fit as I'm not too keen on the one marque forums.

Currently driving a standard Hawkeye Impreza WRX. Owned it for about 6 months now and love it.

Won't be standard too much longer as I'm waiting on delivery of a few bits and pieces but will get round to a thread on that eventually.

long time no see people. i have been very busy since selling my 300zx. just bought a pulsar gtir to build up. going to try come to some shows this year but wont be in the nissan. . couple pics for now and i will add more as i go .






going to turn it into a track toy and rebuild everything.

Finally getting there with the new alloys, after hours spent sanding and painting I finally decided to just get them powdercoated as I wasn't happy with the painted finish.


Hopefully get them fitted this weekend just need to get hold of spigot rings and wheelnuts (ones that fit :lol: )

What you think?





Will also get the coilovers fitted in the next week if sitech racing can fit me in.
