What material for a lip and spoiler?
by reganlives, 25-08-2017, 11:05 AM
Thinking of getting a front lip for my car. Its a Greddy style lip and is made of FRP but I remember reading either on here or the other forum that certain materials crack and the paint cracks also but which materials should I go for? normal fibreglass, FRP, or PUF(?), ABS, etc etc???

Right, im off to open my laptop and fix this **** connection, also apply some more thermal compound to my cpu and gpu to cool it better.

If i dissapear for a few days, then you'll know i knackered my laptop and cant back on, otherwise

this was my first V3 sti which i loved to bits still kinda miss it a bit now, but dont miss the 18 mpg i used to get !!!

the basic mods where

18" oz super leggas
h&r springs and shocks
hayward & scott full exhaust system
hks air filter
walbro
colder plugs
Version 6 front bumper
Version 6 sti grill
clear lense's all round
momo steering wheel, gearknob and handbreak cover
color coded interior (silver around the air vetns and centre console)

very simple "less is more" moding but massivley effective, and the lowline version 3 spoiler was retained rather than going for the great big ironing board one that everyone usually goes for.

here it is/was:crying:

PS14 vs S14
by steviewevie, 24-08-2017, 08:37 AM
I've always wondered this, and I don't understand what the "P" signifies if someone says they've got a "PS14" or "PS13" as opposed to just S14/S13 ?
