Hello mate I plan on doing a manual conversion and a friend how knows this engine like the back of his hand said he can get about 400 break out of it so should be fun

I presume you are using an R154 'box? The W58 won't handle that power and the V160/V161 are super rare and crazy expensive!
These engines can go way more than 400bhp, but on stock internals that is a safe and sensible level to stop at. Are you thinking of a single turbo then? Lots of this sort of think in the US, but in the UK NA-T conversions seem very rare.

You say that now, but the ideal swap would be an Aristo twin turbo GTE lump with a big single conversion mated to a V161. If you want the best. With supporting mods you are probably looking £10k+! Best get saving....
I'm looking to turbo mine for around £2k.

Indeed ahhh don't tell the misses lol she done 130 k so we shall see Im just going to enjoy doing this but there is lots still to do as I found her in someones garden wasting away was there for two years poor thing
