My First RX-8 - Bobby - 18-05-2017
Well after selling the IS200 which had been a great car & one of the first I had seriously modded I opted for the RX-8 PZ, thats the 230bhp prodrive/Oz version. Completely different for me as my last few cars had been autos but this time back to the manual (6 speed).
Well did not take long to start with the mods, a few suttle ones to statrt but I am sure the serious ones will happen soon.
So this was my Lexus IS 200

& this is the Mazda RX-8 PZ (unmodded)

Stayed with the Grey colour this one is "Galaxy Grey"....where do they think up these names for colours !!

Looked at the chargers already but quote are for £4+ then the fitting so thats a non starter for me. Options are for the Pettit racing 2 part upgrage:
1. PCM-AN Recal Kit with EFI Dude Logger device
2. Cat Back Exhaust System all Stainless Steel by Racing Beat
Claims to squeeze another 15% out the car which would make quite a difference. Anyone dealt with Pettit, would be good to hear of experiences good or bad.

Stunning motor mate, seen a couple round here with skirt kits fitted, very subtle but just seem to set the car off very well :thumbup:
