Don't want to ruin the mood but isn't text at the bottom of the plate illegal now - I remember seeing a police interceptors (I think) where they pulled a guy in a BMW for no reason other than the text at the bottom of the plate.......doesn't seem worth it.....

as above has to be where it is bought from and it has to have a BS stamp also!! But as long as the plate isn't really taking the pi$$ then I am sure he'll be fine with minor things like that.

I agree it's stupid, what you put at the bottom of the plate is totally irrelevant as long as your license plate is standard and clear to read.
But now that it's there, doesn't seem worth attracting a fine for no particular reason........:Sulk:
