i have applyed rain x to my rear window but now my outlaw sticker will not stick.

Does anyone know how the hell to remove the stuff????

Lol. I would try some tar remover, or something similar. Perhaps WD40 might do it ? Then clean the area after you've applied that.

 . Dont know what that is, but it sounds funny. Somebody with knowledge about cleaning cars should reply soon. Unlike me who likes to laugh.

Soap and water i would have thought? (Or get an inside window sticker, to stick it on inside).

Be careful of the paintwork with white spirit or nail varnish remover. Not got any WD40 ?

Nail polish remover should work as that works when you want to remove silicone sealant (haven't tried it but it's supposed to work) but I'd be worried about getting it anywhere near the paintwork. Why not just leave it till it disappears on its own and then put the sticker down?
