Just brought a rear bumper lip for my is 200 from eBay and was wondering if I need to cut the bumper to fit it ? It arrived today and would like some advice before I start any help would be greatful

If it's the trd one you remove the bumper and drill holes in the marked areas...

Right it's the tte one and it a bit tight to wrap around the bumper just about 4mm short from going all the way round

Even if it's the TTE one off e-bay, it just fits onto the bottom of the bumper.
