IT'S ME AGAIN LOL.....First of all i need lower ball,joints then i need two front disks (upgraded one's) and also a exhaust system (upgraded) and lastly a wheel bearing kit for the rear. Can any one help me source these parts

TBH for the items you've listed there's no point getting them from Toyota unless you have a big thing about fitting genuine parts. A wheel bearing kit for my car I bought recently was nigh on £90!
When we did balljoints on Dan's IS200 we were recommended a particular set from eBay by ormi. I don't have the link to hand but I'm sure someone will.

i've not got a big thing for genuine parts just whats the best quality and possibley the cheapest
