Quite comedy answer to it.
ive got a mate whos a clamper (sia licensed) and he's told me he couldnt clamp my car even if he wanted to. its too low and they cant get their arms around the wheel to fit the clamp.

I think England should follow Scotland and ban clamping.
Most of these guys are just bullies and get away with charging what ever they want.

I agree!! I'm just waiting to see who starts where I live as te council have decided to put yellow lines outside my place, even though it's private, gonne be interesting to see what happens!

it wont work.... all the clamper will do is relock his clamp and you are back to still having your car clamped. it doesnt matter about case law that legaly they need to release the clamp when you tell them you wil pay. most places remove the clamp after you pay.
