I had a bad day today some nut case wrote my front way off.
I live down a quiet road with no pavements, when a looney doing lots of speed.
My road is straight and yet he has taken my front wall out.
To make matters worse while lifting the debri i have pulled my back and can't walk.

And as some of you know i got my insurance renewly on Monday.

No mate the guy carried on in a A4 audi i was in the back of the house when i heard the skidding, because of the speed no one could get a number plate.
I got bits from the car.
So i got a nice £350 excess to pay to get the wall rebuilt.

Oh no, sorry to see what's happened there. Thank goodness no-one seems to have got hurt, and at least it was only the wall and not your cars !
Will it be worth claiming on the insurance, or just paying for the wall yourself ? Very annoying though ! :Shooting:

I imagine he only caught it a glancing blow, otherwise you'd have one steaming Audi in your front garden, which would have been better for you.
Can't imagine it'll be worth claiming for will it if your excess is £350?

Builders in this area charge a premium but i see when i get some quotes together if it worth me claiming.
The police did come out and measured the skid at 30+metres you can see where the car mounted the wall as there no skid marks on one side for a few feet then just after that the tyrer marks are back on the road.
I just greatful no one got injured.
The police say it youngters who have stolen a car and they are hopefull of finding the car later today / tomorrow.
Still Andy i joined you on the injury table as my back is really sore and i cant do anything at the mo and i should be going out tonight.
