My new phone - Dark Samurai - 24-09-2018 Because iTunes think you buy their music, so sending it for free is illegal. My new phone - Saraj - 24-09-2018 Dark Samurai Because iTunes think you buy their music, so sending it for free is illegal. they thinking about making money instead of giving you the option to break the law or not, its not just music to transfer what about documents, images and videos? end of the day no excuse for not providing it, no excuse for not providing micro sd cards My new phone - parthiban - 25-09-2018 I've read rumours that the next iPhone won't even have a SIM card to make it even more difficult to switch networks and stuff - and given the microSIM that they've just created it doesn't sound that far fetched. My new phone - Fry-Up - 25-09-2018 I think the micro sim is just about saving materials to be honest My new phone - parthiban - 25-09-2018 Fry-Up I think the micro sim is just about saving materials to be honest Did an apple store "genius" tell you that? What material exactly does it save? :tongue_smilie: My new phone - Dark Samurai - 25-09-2018 Plastic. My new phone - Fry-Up - 25-09-2018 parthiban Did an apple store "genius" tell you that? What material exactly does it save? :tongue_smilie: no one told me that, hence why my post started with the words "I think" lol I can't think of another reason to produce a smaller sim than to save using as much plastic initially we had credit card sized sims, and quickly they changed to the sims that we are all familiar with, but they still came in a credit card sized piece of plastic that u snapped the sim out of, only at the beginning of this year (or late last year, not sure which) in the uk did that credit card piece of plastic become half the size, and that was only because the potential saving on plastic had simply been overlooked in the past... My new phone - parthiban - 25-09-2018 So where is all this saved plastic? ![]() That's fair enough if the card has got smaller, but as long as there is plastic around it nothing is being saved. The pure reason for the microsim is carrier exclusivity.......... My new phone - Fry-Up - 25-09-2018 parthiban So where is all this saved plastic? again in my previous post I mention UK, a t & t isn't a UK company, the surrounding platic on the sims at my work are half the size that they used to be My new phone - Dark Samurai - 25-09-2018 No me either mate, no difference with my case on or off? |
