dimis Have you thought to use a mechanical O2 spacer initially? It is much a cheaper solution. I had the same problem "Check engine light" when i fitted a racing cat on my car. The problem was solved by fitting a mechanical O2 spacer.
What does that do ?

Nice results Steve on the Dyno looks nice and smooth, just what you wanted, I am pleased it has turned out well and it looks really well put together, a 100bhp increase on stock is gotta make it feel loads different and as you mentioned +50bhp on stock flywheel to turbo wheel BHP, NICE :thumbup:

basically its a space, moves the sensor backwards so its end isnt sticking in the middle of the pipe,
less gases run by it so less chance of and error

ok, thanks. Think I'll stick with the O2 simulator route, that way I know I'll be getting rid of the error completely.
