Snow - Carpediem - 21-10-2018 cars should also leave a 2 car gap when in dry conditions but that rarely happens? i was following a car this morning and had to have the wipers on, when i did the count of seconds between us he passed a barrier and i counted to 4 before i passed it, at 55mph that's a decent gap yet it was still causing me issues Snow - parthiban - 21-10-2018 Ally 3 girls from the nursery saw i was having trouble and pushed me 100 metres to the top of the hill :thumbup1: Lol when I first read that I thought they were kids! Snow - Ally - 21-10-2018 parthiban Lol when I first read that I thought they were kids! Yeah i should have said it was the staff. :Fish: Snow - DaveEdin - 21-10-2018 Is there a recommended way of clearing the snow off by the way? I really don't want to use a household brush like I just saw my dad do with his car! Mine looks like this at the moment:
Snow - Carpediem - 21-10-2018 wrap a towel round the brush and sellotape it on if you have a wooly towel even better Snow - FirebirdPhil - 21-10-2018 Nothing wrong with a brush, if the bristles are soft. Just do a layer at a time, then when you get close to the paint use a rubber blade for drying off the car or something? Snow - Rabster - 21-10-2018 Hair dryer Snow - DaveEdin - 21-10-2018 Rabster Hair dryer hock: That'd take about a month right now...Anyone lend me a flamethrower? Just for the road, obviously not my car... but how cool a way of clearing the roads would that be....
Snow - FirebirdPhil - 21-10-2018 Strap 2 or 3 to the front of your car to clear your way as you go:lol: Snow - Rabster - 21-10-2018 It's snowing again in Harlow |
