Right just got a message and my new engine is on its way its done 40k (not too bad) so when I'm back the work can start but I do believe my dad will strip it down he won't be able to keep away lol

Right engine is pretty much stripped down just need to order my new bearings for the bigends and crankshaft bearings some one mentioned before about there being some different sizes can someone confirm how im gonna know??? also does anyone know the part numbers for the piston rings the standard not the oversized as the cylinders are in mint condition so know honing required

Are they not different sizes on the 1ggte, I thought the 1gfe are all the same.
Edit: just checked and the parts have different marks. Its says refer to the repair manual, which is on bahamutcars. I'd look but cant access it on the iPad.

Think on the crank no1 and 4 are one size and the others are different just not sure on the big end shell bearings

**** these arp bolts/studs are not cheap lol the two sets are gonna cost more than my whole engine lol
