I managed to get in contact with the Jap who makes the aluminium crankshaft pulley for the 1GFE. He wants 50,000yen plus shipping charges and delivery time 1-2months. I think it is too much for a pulley. Better to find someone to make it in Europe.

As it will be on a lathe there shouldn't be much concern.

It still needs balancing, just cause its round doesn't make it even, ifyou look on the standard one there will be a little drill mark to even the weight.

Its a harmonic balancer so I expect one side to be a bit lighter than the other.

I don't think it it. It's just a crank pulley. There's no dampening in the pully afaik.
