Yes Stav, you are correct, i will follow this option if the spacer does not work either.

did a full decat on mine a year ago and what i did for the o2 sensor was to make a tube for the sensor to screw into.then screw the tube back into the exhaust.basically pull the sensor out of the way of the full gas flow.had no probs so far.will try add a pic

Thanks mate, that is what i have done, i added a spacer in order to position the sensor further from the exhaust gases. Hopefully I will not have any more problems with the check engine light.

mines been like it for a year now with now probs.nice way round it.put me hotchkiss arbs on yesterday.amazing transformation.
