Small update, the engine arrive to the garage on Friday. I was informed that the ecu and starter were missing!!!So i called the seller and report about the problem. He answered through email that the ecu was damaged during loading of the engine on the shipping truck and they removed it because the ecu electronic card was damaged. The offer they could was to supply me with another ecu when they have another batch of engines from Japan in a few weeks. They did not specify exactly when though. The shop is located in UK and they are well known. I would not like to reveal who they are yet until I see how they will handle this matter. I am actually disappointing with them because I fully prepaid for the engine and they mentioned that it come with a fully working ecu and a starter which apparently they never came with the engine at the end of the day. They should have informed once the damage occur and not wait until I discover it. So here is a lesson, never pay all the amount until they package arrives safely to your place.
Now regarding the gearbox, I am still waiting for it to arrive to Greece since it has not been shipped yet from UK. (from another well known garage!!!). I have also prepaid for the gearbox two weeks ago. They informed me today that it is going to be shipped by the middle of this week. Fingers crossed.

No pictures yet since I am offshore at the moment.
I only have at the moment a pic of the engine when it arrived at the garage.

Small update, the garage i got the engine is shipping an ecu direct from japan and a starter from UK. The second garage has not shipped yet the pallette with the gearbox. A 3rd party courier should pick up the gearbox last Wednesday, but it still has not showed up according to the seller. The garage is very well known so I am not sure if they are fulling with me or it is actually true what they are telling me. I hope I will have it sorted out this week.
Also the plans have changed a bit. I am going for a single turbo option so I ordered an exhaust manifold from USA and I am looking to find a suitable turbo. My mechanic propused a Garrett GT35 which it is rated up to 600HP. Last purchase up to know it a Sard Oil Catch Tank 0.6lt.
