In a couple of weeks moley. This week new exhaust will be fitted, all intercooler pipes and ancillary electronics ie boost controller, turbo timer, etc. The harness matching is ready and the engine fired up. Also everyhing works on the cluster and no lights flashing.

I am uding the oem prop but it slightly shorten in length.

Update: This week the engine fired up for the first time. Everything is working fine apart from the water tempertature gauge on the cluster. It has to do with the multiplex system the IS is using. Not sure exactly what that is. Anyway we will try to work it out otherwise i will use an external gauge. Plus once the engine catches its normal operating temperature the throttle might go to safe mode. It must be a faulty throttle motor or the throttle needs cleaning. Today the car entered the exhaust garage for a new full exhaust system plus to fit all the intercooler piping. Once it is back from the garage we will check the problem. I also purchase a Tial F38 external wastegate since the turbo does not have an in-built. All electric systems seem to work ok. no flashing lights on the cluster, A/C works ok, radiator fans also, Airbags, everything....So fingers crossed next week the car should be ready for its first ride. Estimated initial hp 450.

I've seen the water temp issue before, apparently the bean code is different (if that means anything to you) so going external might be the right way. From memory, the ECU knows what the temp is but the gauge won't speak to it.
I'd fact check that though because it's something I've dredged up from distant memory.
