Well I ordered them and should have mid May. I got the following sizes:
Front: 18x8.5 ET30
Rear: 18x9.5 ET38
@ Wayne: I got them new from driftworks and for japan rims they were at a very good price
@ Moley: For the above sizes mate, I could not go 19". They would not fit under the fenders. I needed wider rims at the rear to have more traction. Now with the TTE rims I spin all 3rd gear at low boost...

I got 9.5x 19" et 35 on the rear and they stick out have you got wider rear arches? Or at least a big roll

Mine will be 18x9.5 ET38 for the rear and will be exactly as shown in the pic above. The picture has exactly the same wheel size I ordered.

Dressed up a bit the engine bay. Changed the oil cap with an authentic TRD part.

Small update, i ordered a set of chargespeed fenders due to the new wide rims size. The downside is they will arrive in three months.
Rims arrived last week. Need to roll the rear fenders now and wait for the front fenders to arrive.
Also bought a carbon fiber TRD style boot spoiler.
