My name's Peter from Greece, and I have seen this car live one time launching
I was considering for a long time a 2JZ project, but since there are not many affordable Toyota platforms in my country, and didn't really want to fit it in something else, I'm looking to buy an IS200, too.
Google brought me here, so this thread is my inspiration, now! Good stuff

I managed to get hold on a rare discontinued Altezza start button. Soon I wil have it in my hands and on the car.

The car is in the garage now to install the fuel return line, extended shifter housing, water temperature gauge and Stav's auto folding module.

i might know a way you could change that s you dont need the key but works on proximity to activate the car then you push the button to start
using readily available bits
