For headlights I did 100c for 10 mins. Although we did some fogs the other day at 50c took them out every 5 minutes and attempted to split them. Took about 15-20 mins

Ur best bet is just to keep checking them when there in, granted my wife wasn't to impressed cuz at first she thought I was making tea :lol:
