You should also remove your precats in your exhaust manifold because they often melt with the supercharger instald. Especially with bigger pulleys etc

update
fitted intercooler custom pipework custom inlet and outlet iv left pipe off throttle body until I get one of patricks blackbox
charger clutch wiring to switch under head unit + taped off cigarette lighter precats broke out
almost done just a general tidying and black box for fuelling

sorry i haven't put up some pictures as promised but my computer is down and i'm using a phone witch just about shows images on screen so uploading is out of the question but i will get them up.
anyway i finished the project last weekend and am very happy with it no running problems and power is instant goes thrue the gears very fast but noise is driving me mad not to mention the looks from everone were ever i go
I'm running a bov and iduction kit and the noise ecos out the filter off load and idle and the bov is releasing presure at idle sound like a bus and does the normal dump noise when you release trottle witch i want but not the hissing at idleness and cruising off trottle
so two things i need to do are a dual port bov witch is a recirculating bov valve to stop hissing and a micro switch like a member done so when off load charger turns off
any thoughts welcome
