if you are on an army base, see if you can make friends with some Americans and order IS300 upgrade bits through their postal service. They are charged at US domestic postal rates, so it's basically sod all and the conversion rate is quite nice.

nearest US base is Frankfurt which is about 3hrs away so thats a no go unfortunately. however depending on what you want theres companies like
driftworks, japspeed, epracing, toyosport and loads more those are just off the top of my head Ebay is a good place plenty of parts on there just depends on what you want
