Nengun are in Japan but they're quite easy to deal with, e.g. checking on the progress of an order. For shipping, I got some stuff from them via FedEx, other stuff via Japan Post (but both were trackable).

I bought small parts before with no problem obviously took a while to get here. Great selection of parts would use agian as they have bits you cant find elsewhere.
