Ok no prob, ill have to start a thread list the people I want to add reps for and wait for them to post on it then, just don't want to add reps on some unrelated topic:biggrin:

Andy-R. Is there anyway of adding this to members profiles then? I want to be able to explain what i've added to the reputation for and sometimes it's not just for helpful posting so can't we have both a post one and one under the profile?
You can add a reason when you add rep, so if you pick any post by them then put why in the reason box

Woo I've got 2 now - you can see them on the User CP page underneath your thread subscription info. It doesn't tell you who they're from as far as I can see, but I have a feeling my other one is from Stevie!

Yeah seen that but when they look at it on there profile it gives that thread as the reason for the rep, but mine are for something that's not on any threads, yet:thumbup1:

If you put the mouse over the little green box (or boxes) by your name in the posting (on the right) then you'll see what "title" you have at the moment - e.g. Ormi you'll see you have two boxes and have a different title from most people.
If you want to give reputation to someone for something that's not in a particular thread, then as has been said, just go to any old posting for that person and then when you give the rep, fill in the reason as to why.
