My Subaru WRX - toxo - 21-11-2017 That prodrive fuel pump is clearly a Walbro! ![]() Looks like you've chosen sensibly there, that's a good list of bits going on  My Subaru WRX - russelllinn - 22-11-2017 toxo That prodrive fuel pump is clearly a Walbro! I think you may well be right there on the fuel pump uncanny resemblance that  I hope it is all good and works out well, it seems to be the choice of things to do on the WRX! My Subaru WRX - russelllinn - 25-11-2017 Just a mini update - I recently won a Prodrive exhaust system off ebay which was supposed to be delivered today but the snows keeping it from being delivered, hopefully tomorrow and I hope it is how its described as it was a bargain, will update with pics when I get a chance. Also went to the garage I will probably use which is Chris Palmer Autos in Hanham, Bristol. Got recommended them from a guy at work who rallies a scooby and they have good experience with them. They also take on work from Roger Clark Motorsport (if you've not heard of them look them up and the 'gobstopper') when they're too busy so I am quite satisfied they know what they're doing. They also use Dave Rowe for mapping who mapped the gobstopper and Norris's 1000bhp Evo for starters :thumbup1: Also pleased as having checked the car properly it has a tubular exhaust header and an unrestricted sports cat which is better than I thought Just gotta save the pennies now to do the work as I keep buying too many bits  My Subaru WRX - steviewevie - 25-11-2017 If Roger Clark Motorsport send them work, then they must be pretty good ! My Subaru WRX - toxo - 25-11-2017 If they've done work on the gobstopper and the bogie evo then they'd be up there on my list, those 2 cars are awesome  Keep us posted
My Subaru WRX - russelllinn - 25-11-2017 I thought the same so it's all good  will keep you all posted!! My Subaru WRX - Lexusboy - 25-11-2017 Roger Clark Motorsport has got a great name. Your never really said what you think about this car Russellinn. Do you really like these more or less than the Lexus i know there different but if you could only have one what one would it be? My Subaru WRX - russelllinn - 25-11-2017 Lexusboy Your never really said what you think about this car Russellinn. It is difficult as they are quite different . . . I would think that I prob prefer the Lexus overall, at the moment though, it has the comfort of the leather, a solid feel all round, there is decent power there with the 2JZ engine when needed and smooth autobox when lazy too. The Scooby is quicker though but quite raw with stiffer suspension, less solid metal work and simpler interior. I think as a daily driver and travelling long distances the Lexus is best but for short trips and playing the Subaru has the edge as it is FUN and you do have to drive it. I can see why people have them as weekend cars!! I am aiming with the upgrades and decent mapping it'll be a smoother delivery of power and feel more comfortable to drive!! You do pay for the engine and mechanics with the Subaru for sure, they are good ![]() I can't ever see me selling the Lexus!! My Subaru WRX - Lexusboy - 25-11-2017 Interesting reply, that pretty how much i would see it. My Subaru WRX - russelllinn - 26-11-2017 Got my Prodrive Exhaust and looks good, and for £105 too :thumbup1: so will prob fit it on Saturday  ![]() ![]()
