Browser choice - Lexusboy - 22-01-2018 I like to use Firefox but find IE faster on web browing. Not had much trouble with either though, just maybe i should not of said that:mellow: Browser choice - edeath - 22-01-2018 Just use IE myself as I find firefox can't do some things still like a lot of javascript (try registering an HP carepack in anything other than IE!) but use FF sometimes. Ive tried using Chrome and Safari but dont really like them and I have no idea why Opera is being offered on the list of browsers on this update (they must have kicked up a fuss about not being included )

How do you stop fire fox from doing the add ons automatically ?? Browser choice - steviewevie - 22-01-2018 Moley How do you stop fire fox from doing the add ons automatically ?? If you go into Tools, Options, Security, there's an option "Warn me when sites try to install add-ons". Also if you go into the "Advanced" tab there, you can control whether Firefox automatically looks for updates to your add-ons, and then if it finds one whether it just tells you or automatically installs it. You may well know already, but you can go into Tools, then Add-ons to see what you have installed there already.
