Admiral - Lexusboy - 02-02-2018 Problem i had was I had no policy number to quote and it was around 7-30 that i opened my card statement Admiral - valo - 02-02-2018 I have had a similar problem with them, this will be my third year with them, each time I've set up a new policy as it's cheaper to look through comparison websites or (as I have a multicar policy with the gf) to do one in her name. They are so quick to take the money from the last policy (each time I've cancelled the renewal), and from what I can tell they don't pass messages onto other departments. Admiral - Lexusboy - 02-02-2018 My credit card company is doing all the work to refund my money. Direct debits on insurance should not be allowered specially when you cancel any policy been cancelled they should not be able to reclaim moneys Admiral - parthiban - 02-02-2018 Do you still have your old policy number? If so that would be it if they have just renewed your old policy. I'm a bit worried it's credit card fraud - hope you get it sorted soon
Admiral - Lexusboy - 02-02-2018 parthiban Do you still have your old policy number? If so that would be it if they have just renewed your old policy. Thanks you Admiral - Moley - 02-02-2018 What about my idea Ian ?? Make them feel bad and say how sorry they are !!!!!!!!!!!! Admiral - Lexusboy - 02-02-2018 Its is far easier Moley to let the credit card sort the whole thing out plus less stressfull Admiral - Moley - 02-02-2018 But more fun my way, and more satisfying when you lose the plot with them . Cant beat it :Chair: Admiral - steviewevie - 03-02-2018 Yeah, one of the good things about paying for things on credit card is that they can sort it all out for you if something goes wrong, though it can take several weeks.
