jay_russell it's a moped car with a diesel 2 cynlinder moter in it.... it's french and here your car drive them from 15 years old and dont need a lincence or have to pay road tax or mot. she has it just to get to work and back... 5 miles a day

the best thing is she has 16" wheels and 195 40 16 tires that are y rated for 180 mph and above..... gravity wont make it go that fast
