Also tell them you want rein-burst for the price of the phone calls, or get some extra free credit

An englishman for once (no offence to the indians or anything, but on phone services it just doesnt seem like them understand, i dont want any offence to be taken, delete this part if it causes offence) But he actually understood, said its a very bad service, said withing 5-10 mins i will get £20 free credit, with my 600 texts so i'm happy
if not ill ring again.
