I know the feeling of being up all hours! I seem to be sleeping for about 3 hours a night at the moment!!!!! Oh well, still signed off for a month+ so no worries LOL
I got dragged into the whole Facebook thing as i have mates all over the UK and it seems to be how they all keep in touch! don't use it much though..........
