It's not street legal, so you are still good. In Norway you can't get plates for any Skyline... There are 6 registered Skylines in Norway, and they are registered on a so called Motor historical registration. As you can't get the certification for its crashtesting you can't get it registered either.
Either way it is fun to drive, and the experience is so enjoyable.
