hids - parthiban - 08-04-2018 The best balance is probably 6000/6500K - it's a bit blue but still decent light output. I used to have 8300K on mine, looks great as it's bluer but not quite as high light output. I now have 5000K on mine as I wanted them to be as white as possible hids - SHAHZ - 08-04-2018 6000K looks really good, 4300k is stock hid temp, 8000 imo is too purple...as Parth says the higher temp the lower the light output hids - parthiban - 08-04-2018 SHAHZ 6000K looks really good, 4300k is stock hid temp, 8000 imo is too purple 8000K isn't purple, it's a very bluey-white
hids - SHAHZ - 08-04-2018 Sorry too blue!!....10k+ is purple:biggrin: hids - steviewevie - 08-04-2018 6000K is a good compromise. But 4500/4300K will be even brighter. hids - spikes - 08-04-2018 6000k is more than bright enough Gar:biggrin:remember you dont want to get pulled by the law for being blue:biggrin: hids - garyskisplym - 09-04-2018 spikes 6000k is more than bright enough Gar:biggrin:remember you dont want to get pulled by the law for being blue:biggrin: Better get the car resprayed then :tongue_smilie: hids - parthiban - 10-04-2018 8300K is not too blue to get pulled over, had them on the car for several years and never had a problem. I just swapped as I got tired of all the chavs with them on so didn't really want to be associated with any of that
