had a look at my wheels and as the wife is going into hospital to have my second child the car will be stood still so had a play with some WnD paper and it seems to take the damage and the rough areas off the wheels well so will get on to doing the hole lot over the next few days

my wheels really need a refurb and of i went to see a local company who came back with a price of £50 per wheel which i think is good however with the birth of my second child just takien place no spare cash
so decided to give it a go myself
here is the passanger front just started to sand of the damage

did each wheel in about 6 hrs but i count that to the weather and how fast each coat drys

how much paint did you use for one wheel, i was thinkin of doing mine, i calculated i would need 4 primers, 4 paint, 4 laquars at £7 each my calculations made it £84 for a DIY wheel refurb

well i use halfords own primers and laquare and i have a trade card so get a little discount
each one i used about a 2/3 of a tin of primer 500ml
a full tin of silver 300ml
and about half a tin of laq
prob not enough but it looks good and for a cheap job it works
