I know you mentioned not a big 4x4 but have you considered the RX300? I've never considered it with the big ones because it really isn't that big, I wouldn't say it's a huge amount bigger than a rav4 imho. Will give you everything you need in a very reliable and comfortable package

Noy sure what i'm going for to be honest, i'll clean her up when i get home, stick her in a few classifieds & run the pajero till i find something right, seem to keep coming back to Golf GT TSI, but i'm away to look into RX & see what i can get for four figures, thanks Parthiban, & moley, if it doesn't sell & i have to trade, then you can swap what you like

They're not so easy to swap Marsdendean, better off just buying a new set mate, they are not expensive really, labour costs as much as the springs!!!
