To me if that in the minutes then your manager is to blame. At the moment for the solicitors to be involved this normally only happens if the district officer hand it over to their legal team, and you are saying they are involved. Give ALL the paperwork to your solicitor and let them deal with it - its what you are paying for and what they are good at dealing with. Employment law is a minefield with people throwing grenades in and changing the goal posts at the last minuet. |
