Firstly deposit I paid for Iphone which never received and I had many goodwill gestures they put on my account when I kept complaining to them

Well i can understands you wanting the deposit back, but surely the goodwill gestures are just credit if you kept an account and not actual cash to be refunded?

Have negotiated with them to be paid back £56.00 so now all sorted. If the goodwill gestures are put as a credit on an account and are still on for the final bill then you are entitled to that money back!
