Well what ever engine Stav has used is the one I'd go for .
To me it sounds like he has had the fewest problems with it.
Compared to other engine swaps / turbo conversions .
But thats just my thoughts

Even a conversion with a 1G-GTE is going to be very complicated, I would not assume otherwise. Stav's conversion was done by a guy who knows that engine inside out, but without that knowledge I'm sure it would be a big struggle. There's still mechanical work to do as well as all the electronics, it's not a straight swap.

I'll be getting help as a few people i know are quite good with the electronicside of things. Not to sure on the ecu yet just going to have a look around and make my decision then. Ill get some pics up soon. Thanks for the advice.
