Worth trying Chris Knott, they have been the only ones in the last few years who have been able to better Admiral for me (it was only a few pounds cheaper so didn't bother switching) but on your more modifed car there might be a bigger difference.

Btw, as long as you don't make changes too often they will often waive the amendment fee if you ask nicely - I've done it twice now and both times was never charged :biggrin:

Yep it's probably better to have less amendments in a year - that way they're more likely to waive the fee. Also doing the bulk of mods around renewal time is a good way to save the fee and also might even cost you less overall Smile
