Sounds about right tbh mate. You could challenge it in the hope that they just drop it because its not worth perusing, but don't ignore it whatever you do. Or they'll probably start hiring collection agencies for that £15 and lumping their fees on top.

I don't know about you but doesn't seem productive arguing over £15, especially when you think of how much of that £15 is actually in dispute.
