O2, finally changed my opinion of them - parthiban - 04-05-2019 Don't know if it's for business but haven't O2 been advertising a lot recently that existing customers can upgrade to a 12 month contract if they want to? O2, finally changed my opinion of them - DaveEdin - 04-05-2019 They've been advertising that customers can choose a 12 month deal at time of renewal, but I thought it was non-business customers myself... Personally I can't really fault Orange, I've been with them several years and never once had a problem with them; their customer service was always fast and courteous with me - to the point I've still never spoken to a non UK call centre... O2, finally changed my opinion of them - Carpediem - 05-05-2019 to get 12 month upgrades you have to be paying £50+ per month to cover cost of the handset etc etc major rip-off in my books O2, finally changed my opinion of them - Lexuslady - 05-05-2019 With my bolt on I'm ending up paying like 52 per month
