I can't take much credit for the Fuel tank. I designed, cut and prepped the pieces but James did the hard part of all the welding so owe him really

Does the tank have to be pressure tested before you use it mate, so you know its safe for fuel use?? top job :thumbup:

I need to get some sort of certificate to go with the tank so i need to get it tested somewhere and some documentation to say its safe for fuel so need to look into it a bit.

kelove I wasn't aware of this, but actually Toyota and Honda have Labor Unions.. in Japan! It is only in their American plants that they try to prevent organized labor.

Anyway, small update.......
I spoke to James on monday night and asked if he got time this week could he finish off the intercooler system, and he didn't dissapiont :thumbup1:

Makes the intercooler look quite small but my god it looks like James has done a fantastic job! Will roll the buggy outside and get some better pics next week when i have a mate bringing a decent slr camera up :thumbup1:
Thats it for HUGE updates this month as im broke but will continue working on small bits where i can.

Little thought mate, could you turn the IC upside down? so it fits inside the pipework instead of above it? :thumbup1:

Could do, however James will have made brackets that hold the intercooler from above on the upper bar so will have been mounted in place already. It looks a little wierd in the pics but with all these things they look loads better in real life.
