bash6673 and regardless of your site T&C's my lawyer will fight every inch to prove that my privacy (under ECHR) has been breached.
You have to agree to accept the t&cs when you sign up as a member... There's no breach.
Would you sue your office IT department because they can read your email? You're using a service provided by someone else, so you have to abide by that someone's rules if you want to use the service. If you don't like the rules, you're not required to use the service...
Anyway, I'll leave it at this point - I'm not the one you need to be speaking to, and have no interest in an argument...

Is this an office? Does this service tell you that your private messages will be read? You are encroaching on very fragile ground.

Private massages are private messages despite what your site admin may claim.
Under (ECHR) act they are still private messages between individuals.
and you have no right to access them,admin or not.

For you information, As a mod I cannot see PM's end of. As site owner I hope Rabster can see them. It's extreme but imagine if Someone was a terrorist and used PM's to arrange some horrific event. Rabster would be up in court as well for allowing it to happen. You think your 'private messages' on Facebook, dating websites, etc are private? That's very naive if you think that.
I'm now locking this thread as a waste of forum space, im sure Rabster will contact you to resolve whatever issue you have.

Even though this is closed I will reply here so bash can read it.
There is 1 person who has the ability to read pms, that is site owner Rabster. Pm's will only be viewed if there has been a report by another user. In this case we are obliged to investigate, as ANY information on this site is the sole responsibility of the owner.
This is the only time pm's will be looked into.
Now your reaction would suggest that you suspect you Pm's have been read.
What makes me suspicious is that this is your first forum post In 4 months, and it comes in the middle of the night before the first show of the year. If I find out this is purely to try and cause conflict on the forum, it will be the last thing you do on here.
