MR2 Turbo Replacement...Impreza Turbo - TurboPete - 14-05-2020
N15_GTi Not sure what is happening in terms of meets to be honest... We haven't had one since RSCS... Well, I haven't been to one anyway. So we must sort one out soon.
Oh right. Last one i went to was before the RSCS when you unveiled your shiney beast!! I'll keep an eye out on here to see when the next one is then mate.

Managed to get my first wheel sprayed last night so just a few piccies to show progress.
First up got some new black wheel nuts off Ebay (£22.50) to replace the rusty chrome ones:

Tyre all masked up. Black area on the wheel is where i did a test at the weekend to make sure the paint would stick:

Little trick i saw on the net a while back using the cards. Works really well and they only cost 39p from a cheapo shop. Could get away without masking the tyre completly and just use the cards but played it safe:

Really pleased with the finish and glad I reused my old wheels and didn't buy new ones. 1 down, 3 to go!! Any thoughts let me know. :thumbup1:

Those wheels look great now, glad you changed the rear lights too!
Not a fan of those clear style lights.
I dont know why a lot of people refer to them as Lexus style lights, cant say I ever remember seeing a Lexus with lights like that!
