that actually belongs to the RPM club. which is a national club.
Rio prestige is like a mini version of the club that top members of also join RPM.

i have seen BL10 JOB (blo job)on a scooby and PEN15 on a smart car(it was on top gear or 5th gear) i have L8XSS on mine(got it from the wife)all the marc plates were dear!!!!
