Elephant, Admiral & Bell are all the same company. That same company doesn't know the difference between a UK spec MR2 and an import MR2 Turbo, so insures them all at the same rate
That said they still want over a grand to insure me on an S2k when my insurance on my (more powerful and modified) MR2 was about £500 (I don't use them anymore). Only £1500 to insure me on an NSX too!
