Saraj excellent, I will give this a go, as soon as my head stop aching from last night trying to work it out ! and will feedback.
I am doing it all manually at the moment, which I dont mind, however I have to show others how to use it, so if I can make it slicker, then it would be harder for them to break .:w00t:

I love work at the moment, only thing is not many hours at work to make large changes, theres stuff which the process could be simplified, but cause i only do 20 hours not enough to make the changes at work,
this one I thought ill do at home and after work stay behind, as it also increases my skills at excel

Just wanted to say, thank you to Pathiban on his assistance, works perfectly, just need to implement it at work !

to be honest mate i think its just realising its there, Parthiban helped me days ago, but I only remebered today to rep !
