I was reading that schumacher's having trouble with his setup over the bumpy section, but I'm pretty sure he'll have it figured out by quali tomorrow - plus Rosberg's always quick in practice, remember how many times he topped the sheets last year!
That's ridiculous about HRT (what a silly abbreviation for a race team :lol

It is pretty silly, the speed differential through the corners must be massive - although I'm hoping it's due to a lack of testing/running and they won't be that slow in the race.

Think I will call the HRT team Hispania, doesn't sound as silly !
Jean Todt (president of the FIA, after taking over from Max Mosley) is saying the 107% rule may need to be brought in again (where you can't race if you're not within 107% of the time of the fastest runner), but it would need all teams to agree for 2010, so probably won't happen until 2011.

It does make sense, but you're right unlikely to happen in 2010. Other problem is testing, if that did happen they'd have to allow more testing, otherwise there'd be no way for these teams to improve and they'd just never race.
Re: HRT there's got to be a joke in there somewhere, like what does F1 and the menopause have in common :lol:

Pretty awesome start there, vettel on pole and massa outqualified alonso! :thumbup:
Shame the McLarens weren't quite up there but I'm expecting them to be quicker in the race, hope the Mercs will pick up a bit too.........

Nice to see Massa outqualifying Alonso, that was great. Also Schumacher has come down to earth with a bit of a bump ! Should be interesting tomorrow, but I'm out so will miss it ! :crying: Will have to try and catch the highlights later.

Very pleased with Massas drive, shows he's still got it and Vetel's performance
hock: I know he was fast but thats taking the mick!! Still their based in my home town so I will be supporting them this year.Schumacher did say in an interview - its only qualifying, its a long race and an even longer year.......... You can't write that man off.
