They are a yellow plastic 3m film that goes over the light cover working as a protective barrier against stone chips

Btw, the yellow fogs aren't JDM, JDM cars have clear fogs. AFAIK only the IS300 had yellow lenses in the fogs.

i searched high and ****** low for yellow tint film when had my colt and now i know were you can get it
