Blackberry's - toxo - 15-12-2018 Carpediem Erm not a clue on what work do with their standrad issue blackberry curves, but all have email enabled If you mean Outlook Web Access then your Exchange server is Activesync enabled so you *should* be able to collect from any iPhone, Nokia phone, Android phone etc. But that's a little off topic.
Blackberry's - Carpediem - 15-12-2018 lol yeah something like that
Blackberry's - Carpediem - 21-12-2018 right its official including my 30 days notice period my phone will be cut off on the 23rd of April, so ill order a new one a week before to give me chance to switch the number over yada yada yada still liking the Bold at the minute but now got 3 months for something new to tickle my fancy
Blackberry's - parthiban - 21-12-2018 Why are you cutting your phone off to switch if you are keeping your number? Don't you just wait for your contract to end, get a PAC and other line will automatically terminate once the number is ported? Blackberry's - Carpediem - 21-12-2018 thats what i meant, i think lol otherwise i have to get a new phone, egt pac code and transfer number, advise o2 with 30 days notice and end up paying another bill within those 30 days which isnt economical Blackberry's - parthiban - 21-12-2018 Has something changed, what's with the 30 days notice? Once your contract is over you can port your number out? You're billed a month in advance so you shouldn't have to pay any more.......... Blackberry's - Carpediem - 21-12-2018 not with O2 apparently, cancellation of contract is 30 days notice from time of cancellation just been reading reviews on motorola atrix and LG 2X and im intrigued, although not sure i need the power of thea trix and ive never been keen on Lg phones also no mention of battery life :S Blackberry's - DaveEdin - 21-12-2018 Sure, but that's if you cancel the contract while it's in force... If your contract has expired then the notice no longer applies surely, and you can leave their service instantly - although it still takes them time to port your number... Blackberry's - Carpediem - 21-12-2018 mmm not sure, i dont really understand it, and TBF the cancellation date is still gunna be the 23rd of april wether i do it now with 30 days notice or on the actually day
Blackberry's - parthiban - 21-12-2018 I'm with Dave on this, that's my understanding of it too (but haven't done a port in a few years) The reason why I'm telling you to make absolutely sure is that if you cancel the contract, you lose the number. To port the number it has to be active......... |
